二、成型部分

1.机架采用整体式框架结构， 100*50*4 国标方管为内架， 机台面加 20MM 钢板焊接，机 台采用CNC 加工中心加工，保 证机台平面度、直线度及安装 精准定位。

The machine table is welded with 20MM steel plates, and the machine is processed by CNC machining centers to ensure the flatness, straightness, and accurate installation positioning of the machine.

2.整体侧板：全部经 CNC 加工中心加工。坚固、耐 磨，可循环使用不变形。

3.辊轮跟轴承安装位全采用用 精密加工中心加工方式完成， 保证上下辊轮同心度、径向偏 差≤ 0.1mm；

4.轧辊模具材质 Cr12mov,热处 理硬度 HRC58-62；碎火处理 后精磨孔、再 CNC 车床精加 工辊面 、保持辊高精度；

The material of the roller mold is Cr12mov, and the heat treatment hardness is HRC58-62; Fine grinding of holes after crushing, precision machining of roller surfaces on CNC lathes, and maintaining high precision of rollers;

轧辊精度等级为 6-7 级，表 面粗糙度 0.8 以上；

5. 辊轴：材料 40Cr 轴径 55MM,调质处理精磨；
